Their website shows available puppies to buy, but directs you to email or call an individual named “Ricky” (middle eastern accent). “Ricky” asks you to provide all your personal information and payment information. He wants to ship you the Havanese puppy in 2-3 days but needs your payment/credit card first. I luckily did not give him my credit card number. He sends you additional pictures of the dog you want, but when asked to send a live video with him and the dog, he just stays he can’t right now, he’s busy. He is waiting for your payment, but will never ship you a real dog once he has it.
