I have read several of the reviews and not one has any thing good to say, I Eco that. I wish I had checked with the BBB before I purchased and got scammed, I am out over 900.00 US

I bought hearing aid in 4-29-20 it didn’t work because it had continuous interference.
I sent the devices back and initiated the refund process.
On7-31-20 I received an email from heartech lab that the refund has been made .
Until today 9/12/20 the $237.55 never went back to my credit card.
At this point it seems that this company is use to do victimize the customers using the credit card system.
RECOMMENDATION,avoid this Heartech labs,is a SCAM

I purchased a set of hear tech labs hearing aids online in April of 20. For a couple of
months the seems to work OK , I had to turn the volume all the way down otherwise
they would screech in my ear, After a short time they would change volume on there own. Now one earpiece after popping a few times has quit altogether. The warrantee
say 5 years but they do not answer any of their phone lines. What to do?. Scam Scam

trying to return under all the terms and conditions that they can come up with is unbelievable a business can still continue in business.they stal,they try this angle,that angle,cant get a straight answer for a simple question.how do i return these things and get my money back.in todays world of internet buying and selling im sure a company has to understand that if you dont like the product that youve never seen and tried that some times a customer would like to return and get a refund.i understand there may be a return shipping charge or even a restocking charge but to just say"read our terms and conditions"and too bad if you dont like them.thats not the right answer.

HearTech Labs put on my personal credit card charges for hearing aids that were never ordered. They have refused to correct the situation and remove the cost of the hearing aids that were never ordered. There is never anyone who you can talk to solve the issue, just intake persons, that have no authority. They put you on hold pretending they are going to help, but come back, and say it will take another 24-48 hours to resolve. My credit card company said I will need to submit a police report, and then provide them with a copy in order for them to remove the charges from my credit card statement. I checked out this company on Better Business Bureau, and all that I read, were very similar to what I experienced. This company is a Scam for the elderly.
