On Instagram an ad showed up of some colorful light up object that they call “love lamp”. My daughter was intrigued and i went on their website heartglasses.com and looked for this so called love lamp and they had a “special” deal going on that you have to buy 2 love lamps in order to get the 25% discount. The price is for $12.99 but since you need to buy 2, with shipping the total came out to $28.47.

I purchased on February 27, 2023 and paid it through the Shop app and received an order number confirmation and i been tracking the status of it since then and it’s been “processing”. I have contacted them through messenger in Instagram as stated on their website as a contact form and also sent them 3 emails to: [email protected]. No one has responded to me and i feel they scammed me for my money and probably other people out there too.
