I got a call from heartland &[censored] say I took out a cash advance loan they wanted to settle out of court. I day told them I had never took out that kind of loan, they went on to said an officer would serve me paper with a court date the next day, they didn't give me any information on were the loan was from or tell me anything about it.told me I would half to pay $22.00 a page to get a report for it.
