We had a consulting in june for a very specific tattoo, i sent her pictures and she scheduled the consultation. Stating there was no charge for the consult. At the appt she assured me she could do the tattoo (disney) just had to change small details but not the characters because i stressed many time that was the integrity of the design. In person and in text. We scheduled the appt based on her ability to preform the service i was requesting. Months passed with no rough drafts or communications. A few days before the appt she sent me digital drawings that wrre not the tattoo we agreed upon. I told her it wasnt what she said so she sent another drawing digital image, also not what we agreed upon. I told her again i didnt like it then she started pushing to cancel the appt so she could fill it with another customer. I told her many times i didnt want to cancel i wanted the tattoo she told me under contract she would preform. She then canceled my appt, tells me shes refusing my service and charging me $450 .00 for the 2 rough draft drawings- i didnt like- on top of keeping my $100.00 deposit. I told her many times that was unacceptable and she was breaching the contract and the terms of our agreement. She then billed my card on file (she said was in case i had to change my appt) $103.00 for a "no show cancelled appt" - she did this the day before my appt. My appt is at 11am today and she canceled it last night via an automated text service then billed my card today at 8am. I reached out to here many time that she did not provide the service she charging for and she canceled the appt not me. Ive had to notify my bank of the fraud charges but im still out $100 deposit which i told her she could keep for her time before she started billing my credit card . Now shes claiming i owe $450 for her digital images that were not what she contractually agreed on and for the appt she canceled and for a service shes refusing to preform.
