I had emailed saying that I was interested in adopting one of their puppies. The cost of the puppy was $650, and they said that the transportation cost would be $750. I said that I was interested and asked how they wanted to be paid. The first payment was $700, which I did through Zelle. Due to daily maximum limits, he then asked to accept another payment through another method. The second method we tried was Apple Pay, but my card would not let me send funds that way, so he said to get two American Express gift cards ($500 and $200) and pay the remainder that way. I got the cards, and gave the information. They then used Easy Pet Mover Worldwide as their transportation service. I coordinated with them, and tried to pay with a regular credit card, but they said they could only accept an American Express gift card. I told them I couldn't get another gift card, that charging my credit card would be fine, and they did not want to do that. After that, I requested a refund. He then said that he used the money I sent to get shots for his new litter of puppies. I have not seen a refund, and I did not get the puppy.
