I prepaid for 3 massages. I did have 2 of the 3 massages. In September, therapist cancelled my appointment due to a medical emergency. She texted and rescheduled for 10/7 at 4:30. When I showed up, the door was locked and she was not there. I tried to call her, but she had blocked my number. Since she did not do the 3rd massage, she should reimburse me. Her FB page indicates that she is 'retiring' and moving to AZ on 10/13.
