Type of a scam Credit Cards
could give it 0 stars I would. I had
purchased a gift for someone and it
wasn't what either of us expected at all.
Complete knock off and poor quality
from the real thing. Their website states
you have 30 days to return an item. The day I received it, I emailed them asking how to start a return. They started questioning me which I thought was sketchy.
Their response
We would like to inform you that all our
jerseys are made and sold on-demand,
like this hoodie was made/designed
after receiving your order, it's only for
you. We don't sell available items. After
receiving an order, all products are
made to sale, they are not in-stock.
We are unable to accept return requests since our factory created and shipped the correct size, item to you and no problem with us.

My response-
I don't understand because it does not
state this on the website or anywhere I
saw. If I read anything like what you just told me, I would not have purchased. It has not been over 30 days like your website says. I should be able to return it no questions asked. I spent $80 of my hard earned money on a gift for someone who is not happy with it and I'm not happy. This is ridiculous. Only for me? A 2xl can be made for anyone. That's an excuse and I'm not buying it. May not be a problem for you, but it's a problem for me. Thanks for reminding me why I stay away from companies like yours.
Not only did they question me why I
want to return an item when it's in the
time frame, they are now blatantly
ignoring me and not even trying to
resolve the issue because they're the
ones who are happy with it. Complete
waste of money and a scam!
