I purchased the hearing glasses on Nov 29. On Dec 19 an email was sent that other shipment is delayed and they are offering the prescription lenses and shades lenses for my inconvenience. I was given a date of Dec31 the glasses would arrive. I received an email the morning of the 31st stating that the glasses would further be delayed. I called the# and Chetman informed me that they will arrive Jan 2. The reason the glasses are delayed is because the lenses that are going to be sent with the glasses are back ordered. I asked him how is this a convenience. My glasses I ordered are delayed because the item they are offering as a courtesy of delayed. It's not a courtesy if I have to wait a month and half. Feels a lot like a scam

Hearview, owned by Xiao-I, is reselling old INMO Go first generation stock which has been marketed to hearing people for more than a year for less than $400 by getting them in bulk, rebranding them and selling the glasses for $2,000 while making misleading claims that the glasses were specifically developed and programmed to serve the Deaf by live “subtitles”. I am a Deaf programmer and I bought those glasses and those glasses battery life is not as they claimed. It was 2 hours out of 7 as they falsely claimed it would last. The subtitles did not time out and disappear from glasses. The Hearview app was just them making minor changes and deleting some features off the free INMO Go app to make it appear like it was developed specifically for the Deaf customers.
