I ordered a rug over 3 weeks ago and tracking info they gave me hasn't updated at from USPS awaiting item. I emailed at least 10 times and each time they replay by just sending me the tracking number again. There is NO PHONE NUMBER. The number listed on their website is fake. It doesn't even ring. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS WEBSITE!

Ordered a rug on November the 7th 2021. It is now December the 9th with no rug. I have emailed the listed email multiple times and called the number listed. When calling the phone number listed it will ring about 10 times then hang up. Also when I ordered, I got an email showing I paid but no tracking number was ever sent. Beware!
