Ordered what I thought was a Heat Hero from an online add on Facebook. Tried to order just one to try it for $49 but was charged for two. Took FOREVER to receive it and when I did, it was NOT the Heat Hero but 2 small plug in space heaters. Communicated through a text from number 832-981-2368. Now cannot find contact info to request a refund and return.

They took my money for two units and never delivered the product. I emailed them four times...no response. I researched and found that they are doing this to many people. Their website says they have an A+ rating with BBB. https://www.reviewopedia.com/heat-hero-reviews Read the scam they are doing to many people. I purchased through PayPal who also attempted to contact them for a refund twice. No response.

ordered a heater wall unit for an outlet for approximately $45 on November 13th never received the product cannot get ahold of the website says it's not available and I see other people on the website with the same problem order the product and never received it
