I placed an order from this company and they did not fulfill the order. This is definitely a scam and I lost $700.

I have exactly the same experience. I was told that I would get my money back but all I receive are occasional emails with excuses. Total scam. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

The scammers used two websites, plus have a Facebook page (found after the scam), and communicated through email. The sites are - https://swimtek.ca/; https://www.heaterreader.com/; https://www.facebook.com/heaterreader. The owners are Don Freer and Tanya Leshuk. You can find more on them at these sites - https://www.zoominfo.com/pic/heater-reader/395254921 & https://cdn2.hubspot.net/hubfs/2469705/Press%20Kit%20-%20Product%20and%20Company...⇄ />
They communicate through email as long as you are a prospective customer, then once paid, you never hear from them again. This fraud needs to be investigated and shut down.
