I purchased 3 of the life heaters only to find that it is a complete fraud, they do not perform as advertised. My computer blows hotter that these heaters. I contacted the company and they offered a complete refund. I shipped the item back and they received it on December 10 2023. A week later I still had no refund so I emailed them at Customer Service <[email protected]> they said they could not refund because the bank would not allow it. I called my bank and they said to have them send you a check. Emailed Binel at [email protected] phone contact: (603) 696 3293 and he said to file a complaint with my bank, my bank says to not do business with this company and to have them send you a refund via a check.
The company refuses to refund us via a check. I said I would file a complain with the FTC and I did. Please help me in this matter although it is not a lot of money, these times are very hard and that money is needed to pay bills. Thanks for your help.</[email protected]>
