I purchased what I thought would be a dog kennel, as that’s what the description and picture was. When I finally got notice of delivery I came home to a very small box which had the rayban sunglasses I provided a picture of. They stated that it was an accidental mix up and said I could only get a 60% refund or let them try again to send the right item but now they won’t respond and it’s been MONTHS.

Purchased 2 dog crates in January for $103.72. They sent some random ring in the mail and then claimed they were correctly sending me my order along with a tracking from Wuhan China only to show the package got lost in my City. Promised me a full refund but now won't return my emails.

I ordered a dog house and paid about $54. It never said it would be shipped from China. What a got instead were some stupid sun glasses. They are scammers. Do not buy from them anything.

This company claims to sell dog kennels for $68 and they didn’t disclose that it would be shipped from China. We were expecting a 10x10x6 dog run and got a $5.99 toy bracelet instead. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

I order 2 10×10×6 ft dog pins on 1/27/20. Trans action cleared my bank. No answers phone or emails. I received 1 email saying my order was places when it cleared the bank a shipping date would be sent to me. I received nothing im startingo believe now this site ís scam. I would never order from these people again. I've now canceled my bank card. I live in kite GA. An this order I placed says there address was in Richmond VA. But my debit money went through in. Illnois

I literally ordered the same damn fence on 2/1/2020 and I've gotten an email saying it's been processed but that's it. I've already reported them to BBB. I used PayPal so I'm hoping I can get my money back.
