I was hired as a supply associate to work from home and processed 8 packages to different addresses which was sent to me. I was told that I will be on probation for a month and they will evaluate my performance before making a permanent employee. They are supposed to send me a paycheck for the month i worked. They emailed me stating that they sent the check on 02/21/2024 at 1 pm PST and I will be receiving it within 10 days depending where I live. I haven’t received it yet and their CRM site now says that it is under maintenance and can be accessed only after march 8th. That date changes every day. Employment documents were signed through right signature. When I call their phone number, it says that the service is disconnected. I was assigned a supervisor called Jamie Huff with the phone number (323) 818-4682 which goes to voicemail all the time to leave message. At the beginning, they contacted me to apply for the job and was told that they received my resume through their database. I was skeptical at first but I was in need of a work from home job. I was contacted through the heave-crm chat regarding the work and training. Payroll department contacted me through email for filling out the employment agreement and requested the copies of my utility bill, and driver’s license along with IRS W-9 form.
