I purchased a French Bulldog and paid for the puppy and shipping. The next day I received an email that the puppy was being shipped. Then I got a second email saying the puppy was being held for pet insurance and a climate controlled crate and that I needed to pay $2,700 to get the puppy. They said the money was refundable. I did not pay so did not get the puppy. Very disappointed and upset.
