So today we picked up the masked we order and find that they ARE NOT the correct masks we ordered.
The masks sent are masks we could pick up in store for $3.00 (see attached) yet we paid $59 for the high end mask that wraps around neck to hold in place (see pic below) and does not use rubber band which do not last.
Masks order were not paper like sent either.
We either get the correct high end masks or a full refund short of the 3 dollar for each provided for had this type on hand already and we order these prior to current events.

After this continuous lying from the company, I went on their Facebook account and saw several negative comments from past customers who described the same scam I experienced. Ordering online, paying hundreds of dollars and never receiving the items. This company is a scam and it is claiming to sell PED equipment and never shipping; all in the middle of a serious crisis in our country.
It's shameful and disgusting and they should be ordered out of business in your state or anywhere. Thank you.

I ordered something from this company Heavezt.com. I claims to have used my PayPal account. I never received the items. I believe this company is falsely claiming to be apart of PayPal business associate and when I look on my Pay Pal account -- it's not there. But under payment $107.63, it clearly states 'Pay Pal.' Thank you. Please investigate. This company is horrible and does horrible business. Just look at my conversations. I'm having a very hard time getting my money back.

To: ***** ***** Dear *****!
Thank you so much for reaching out to us!
The delay occurred due to the strict security measures in the airports, the packages were all controlled and sterilized, also due to the chaotic situation of the logistic companies.
We will make sure your package arrives within the next few days, otherwise, we will ship another one.
We appreciate your understanding.
Best regards.

You have been stating this 'It's on it's way' line for over three weeks now. And your website has closed down. I have also been receiving notices that with this purchase, someone in Singapore has been trying to access the PayPal account used for this purchases.
At this time, I suspect your company and this purchase to be fraud. I want my refund! I've been asking for a refund for over two weeks now. If I don't get my refund in twenty four hours, I will report you to the better business bureau and to the Fraud department for Pay Pal and the card services I used. Thank you.

I was advised by my financial institution to send the unopened package back to the retailer and provide them with my shipping receipt along with all emails I had in contact with this company. I sent the item back through the postal mail on April 11. On April 15, I emailed Heavezt customer service to notify them of the returned merchandise with tracking number. Although it has not yet arrived back to the company, I have received no response back from them to date.
My plan is on filing a “merchandise returned” dispute claim with my financial institution once the item has arrived, as I do not trust this company on giving me my refund back with their many cancellation policy exceptions.
In my experience, they will do everything they can to make sure you do not get your money back, like waiting weeks to ship out your order, claiming you contacted them after the order shipped out even though you have proof you contacted them prior to shipping, strict return and refund policy guidelines, and the same generic customer service responses that are not helpful.
