Found promising website advertising beautiful formal/wedding attire made to custom order. Got swarmed by Live Chat, eager to help and answer questions. Made my selection, submitted pertinent info (measurements, cc#). Got follow up email several days following, informing me of progress of tailoring. Ordered prior to T'giving with promised delivery date of Dec 21st. Wedding to be Jan. 2, 2018. Today is Dec. 29th. I began persistent inquiry on 27th...following prior emails. Contacted DHL who informed me package had not left original site... Hebeos! Upon contacting Hebeos, they claimed DHL lost my package. I have no Maid of Honor dress!! And no communication with Hebeos, due to varying time zones. I am out $150+ & they possess my cc#.
