Hello,
I purchased this dress at my correct size with measurements. What I received was ill-fitted and looked nothing like the dress above. It was beyond cheap in appearance, had loose strings, and frankly couldn't have fit anyone. When I contacted them about this fraud, they made me jump through every hoop imaginable trying to get them to pay for a return and a refund. First they denied the return and only offered a 20% gift card back. Then as I complained and argued it slowly went up in percentage until finally they were willing to accept a return at my full expense despite this being their fraudulent dress. To my fury, I realized they were in China and refused demanding they pay for the return which they claimed they did not have the ability to do. When I asked for a supervisor/manager they went surprisingly quiet and then continued to refuse. If this is your story, contact your credit card company, mine denied them the money and refunded me fully. This is a scam company and should be ashamed of themselves.

Similar to the complaint that I added "experienced too" to. I purchased what looked like a beautiful dress from Hebeos for $188 (including a $39 shipping charge). I had never purchased from them before but mistakenly placed trust in the "Hassle free returns" touted on their website. The dress that arrived was horrible - it had breast cups that were clearly visible, was way shorter than advertised, etc. I promptly contacted their service email for a return. They offered me a 15% discount to keep it. Said no, I want a refund. We went back and forth 4x where they just kept offering a higher discount. I pointed out their return policy says nothing about this and I was well within their policy. Nothing. I finally had to file a dispute with Amex, in which the company came back days later and said that if I shipped the dress back and provided proof of shipping, they would refund the money and I would see it in my bank account in 2-15 days. I shipped the dress back, which cost me $70 in shipping (back to China). I have not received the refund. When I wrote them asking for the refund, they let me know that they would not refund my money until I cancelled the dispute with Amex. Amex has told me not to do so. They also told me the company is not responding to the dispute. Ridiculous.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. They need to be shut down and should not be allowed to do business. After doing my research, I found a couple reddit posts highlighting the same experience.

I bought a dress that matched my body measurements perfectly on the website. Dress does not fit, so I tried to return it and was willing to pay return shipping before purchasing because that's what it says in the return policy. I was ok with that from the beginning. They want to charge me on top of return shipping a 15% restocking fee that was never stated in the companies return policy. They have also tried to give me coupons for 10% off another dress from the company website, instead of returning my purchase.

I recently purchased a wedding dress, and once it came in I tried it on but it didn’t fit and I wasn’t pleased with the way it looked. I emailed the website and they told me to pay to get alterations. After telling them I didn’t want the dress, they told me they could only offer me a 10% refund. Since then, I have emailed several times with no response.

I ordered a dress in the description it stated satin that was not what I received it looked nothing like what was advertised. I contacted them as soon as I received and opened the package explaining what I received is not was I ordered l. After 4 emails they are offering me a 30% refund which barely covers what I paid in shipping plus they want me to pay to ship the package back which will cost more then the 30% of my money back.

They use a stock photo of a beautiful gown/ prom dress and they send trash that is nothing remotely close to what you purchased. They refuse full refunds. There is literally a who fb page dedicated to them of the people they’ve ripped off continuously.

Upon searching on Google for white formal dresses I found one on their website. All the reviews were great and it advertised hassle free returns. Upon receiving the item it definitely was not the dress pictured. Reaching out to the company to expedite the return process I was confronted with a lot of odd questions about what size I ordered what size I am with all my measurements and asking me to send photos of myself in the dress to prove that it didn’t fit me correctly. To just only be offered 10% refund and told to go get a seamstress around my area to fix the dress. In order for them to give me my full refund I would have to return the dress which cost more to return the dress then what the dress was worth. I also tried to leave a review on this Dress and my review was never shown on their website. Which leads me to believe that they are only posting positive reviews and not the real reviews of this dress.

I purchased a prom dress from Hebeos.com. the dress picture and description was completely different from the dress that I received in the mail. When I asked for a refund they only offered to give me 15% back and said that it was a handmade to order dress. I quickly realized that they take designer dresses and find knockoffs to sell to the buyers. Which is what I got. I did not receive the dress that I ordered. I ordered a two-piece v-neck dress and received a one piece dress that look Nothing like the one as advertised. They also said they had easy returns and yet they would not answer my emails and when they did they said they only would give a 15% refund for a dress that I did not order.

I preferred. prom dress for mmy daughter. The picture on the right is what was ordered and the left is what I received. As you see, the dresses are completely different! They mislead me to believe I was purchasing the dress on the left. When asked for a refund I was offered only 10%! I paid $168 for a dress that looks nothing like what was advertised and can not get a refund. I wish something can be done with this business because they are scammers!!

Ordered a dress and what I received was a cheap knockoff with loose threading throughout. Initiated a return and was repeatedly offered a refund of 10%, 20%, 35% until they finally agreed to refund my money if I returned the dress. Went to ship it and the address doesn't exist. Disputing the charge now through my credit card to get the money back. This is the false return address:

Having purchased a dress from this so called company and only after I read their return policy I received the dress and it doesn't fit. I followed the return protocol and got emailed back to send pics of dress, did that then they said send measurements I used, did that and now they say take it and have it altered. I'm sure they are not going to refund my money at this point. They are operating out of China not UK as website presents itself. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

The dress I ordered showed up after a month!! And it is horrible! I paid $180 for a dress that is absolutely ridiculously sewn and is nothing like the picture AND not the color we ordered. It took a month to get to us. The only thing they offered was a 10% discount to take it to a seamstress.....seriously??? There is no fixing this dress. NOT to mention it is the wrong color. It was supposed to be purple. I took a chance and now I have a very disappointed, sad daughter on my hands. Don't believe the reviews!!
