Hecktourrr2.0 was the scammers instagram account- and was selling used jordan tennis shoes. I hoped to buy them as a gift for a dear friend. The price was pretty good $130.00 but this was all my savings, since I am only a high school student (and a minor). My friend also bought several hundred dollars of shoes. He said it had to go through cash app- which would take the money from my debit card. After he took the money he never sent the shoes - I tried to contact him, but he would not answer my calls. I have proof from the USPS that the package from him never arrived. I called the bank and they initially reversed, but several months later he somehow lied to cash app and said I got the merchandise (I did not). I was no longer able to reach him at that address - he changed it. My friend also lost her money.

Now Cash app has frozen the remainder of my money there (less than $100)...and the bank said they cannot help since its with cash app.
