I ordered a singing elephant for my grandson for Christmas. When I received it there was no sound. I sent 3 emails within 10 days to try to return it but never heard any response. I paid $37.98 for a stuffed elephant that does not sing and apparently cannot return. If this company is scamming people something needs to be done.

Ordered two pair sandals which I could not wear as my foot kept sliding off the footbed. I looked everywhere for an address to return. E-mailed the company three times with no response. Gave the shoes to Good Will. Learned from this scam NOT to buy Facebook products unless I KNOW they are from a reputable company. Hedy Molly company real scammers!

I have been trying to return 2 pair of heady molly shoes that I bought off them from facebook. I have followed their return instructions and have emailed them 3 times and they never responded. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. THEY ARE A TOTAL FRAUDULENT COMPANY. The grey clogs are the wrong color and none of the straps on any of the shoes or sandals can be adjusted for a proper fit. Total waste of money.

I fought with this company for a week, everyday non-stop and I finally was able to get an address and telephone number for them. I will post it in the pictures below. I just refused to accept their fraudulent business practices and although this may cost a bit for me to send back, I am happy that I stood my ground.

I will not back down from this company and their fraud. I am experiencing the same as the other complaints on here and I intend to fight. I am trying to return two pairs of shoes, I bought four. I am following their return policy. I will be reporting them to my credit card company and continue to fight.

Just received on 8/05/21 the two air of shoes ordered on 7/16/21 from a Facebook ad. They are not near the quality as advertised. Do not believe there is any orthotic quality about them. I regret not seeing these reports prior to ordering. The card insert for Complaint-Suggestion & Refund lists: [email protected], not Hedy Molly? With the response Sharon received, I will just keep them, wear as I can, and LEARN from this experience.

Took 4 weeks for the Clark sandals to arrive from China. No tags at all on the sandals. Just junk, poor construction and fit!

After seeing a Facebook ad, I ordered shoes from HedyMolly that were not what was advertised. When I inquired about returning them, they shipped from overseas, so they offered me 15% back and said I could keep them, sell them, etc. because the shipping would be so expensive. I am hoping they stand behind their 15%, but clearly I am frustrated and wanted to share with others because I would not recommend buying anything from them online. Sadly, I learned this the hard way but will feel better if at least one person does not order anything from them. The experience has been a disappointment on every level.

Arla Primrose Sandals are advertised as having" fast refunds, 100% money back guarantee, replacement or refund, 100% simple and risk-free process. If you're not 100% satisfied, let us know and we'll make it right."

I ordered a pair and had the $38.98 charged to a PayPal account.

Sandals arrived and are unwearable due to heel strap that is 4-5 cm too long for sandal.

I have email the company at the given email address seven times: first offered a 5%, then 10%, 15%, 20%, 25%, 30% and now 35% credit. I am asking for a return address to return unwearable sandals and a 100% refund.

The company WILL NOT supply a return address and have said either I accept the 35% credit or pay $10-$20 to return them plus their original shipping charges, after which they will credit me the remainder. I have a record of all emails sent and received.

This is simply a scam of bait & switch, showing a wearable product and stating a 100% guarantee, then sending an unwearable product and refusing to allow the consumer to return it or receive a refund.

Please comment & do whatever can be done to address this.
