I should have known the offer was too good to be true. I ordered a blanket in September and never received it. Now they won’t even acknowledge me but they took the money. I was told it would ship in a few days. Not only didn’t it ship but they are just ignoring me. How can I get my money back? I was so excited to try this out. Now I’m out of the blanket and my money. I started out anxious then I became worried. Now I’m just angry. As bad as things are in today’s world I really don’t need to deal with this too. Very very disappointed. I do a lot of online shopping but after this I’m really wary of it. Can someone please help me?

I purchased a blanket for my son and it was never delivered. I reported it to my card company. Now they are using my phone number as their contact number, someone please help!

I order a blanket in September. Revived one email saying it was being processed. Nothing else. I've sent multiple emails with no answer. They basically stole my money.

I ordered a Hefty Weighted Blanket - Navy / Full 60x80 25lbs for $44.95 in May 2020 and never received the blanket. I sent an email in July, September, & October to find out about my shipment and no response was received. I also called & texted the phone number that was listed as a contact number and received a text back from a customer that ordered a blanket also and never received it. Every time I looked at the tracking it showed the blanket in Ohio until recently. Now the tracking shows nothing and is unable to locate the tracking or website. Do not order a blanket from these scammers.

Ordered 2 blankets back in May and June 2020. Got confirmation message as the other did, but nothing beyond that. Have sent several emails but apparently I've been sending them to a ghost since I've received no reply and apparently the website is non-existent anymore. I hate crooks!

I should’ve known better not to trust that site after I placed the order I did not get a good feeling no response email or by phone definitely a scam

Ordered on 7/16 and received a text message confirming order. Followed up by e-mail 3 times without response. My next step is to try and follow up with CC Company. Scam victim.

I placed an order for a weighed blanket on July 5, 2020 for $65.00. I got a confirmation text message and an order number. The website said it would ship within 4-6 business days. I didn't hear or receive anything the following week so I went to the website and sent an email through their contact us option. I didn't get any response so I sent an email through my Ship app on July 15, 2020 and still haven't received a response.

I placed an online order. I got an immediate text with an order confirmation. The website says shipping within 2-4 days. After 3 weeks, I emailed the address on the website several times with no answer. I called the phone number on my CC charge as well with no answer. I left several messages with no return calls. I am disputing this charge with my credit card company to recover my money.

They sell weighted blankets. Send email confirming sale, confirming shipment but no tracking info. No emails are replied to. No phone calls. No instagram messages. No Facebook messages. Everything is blocked after contact. I contacted PayPal after no answer and they attempted contact with seller. After no repose, they refunded my money. Clearly a scam. Please beware.
