They sold me an item and the invoice stated i would receive the item in 3-5 business day but i did not. I reached out to the company via email and they said the item was sold out and suggested I swap the item for something else that is available on their website. So I did, I offered them two different items and they replied that the estimated shipping date would be 12/16/23. So I emailed them back confirming my order and arrival date, and they said the shipping date for the alternative item I selected has be changed to 12/30/23. I requested for a full refund and they declined saying they could not do that at this time but would offer me store credit. I refused the store credit and notified them I filed the claim with my bank and would be reporting them to the BBB.
