I clicked on an Instagram Ad for a closeout sale of camping rocking chairs. If you bought 2 you got 1 free. I paid 48.70 for the chairs and they additionally billed me for an international service fee, which I wasn't notified about. I received chinese toothbrushes instead. I emailed the company and they are only willing to offer me a 40% refund and I keep the toothbrushes or pay to return the toothbrushes and once they receive them then they give me a full refund. I don't believe them and I am not paying to return toothbrushes all the way to China.

I paid 61.80 for the chairs and they additionally billed me for an international service fee, which I wasn't notified about. I received chinese toothbrushes instead. I emailed the company and they are only willing to offer me a 50% refund and I keep the toothbrushes or pay to return the toothbrushes and once they receive them then they give me a full refund. I don't believe them and I am not paying to return toothbrushes all the way to China
