Type of a scam Counterfeit Product
In reading “Helen”’s story, one is led to believe she has a studio in New York, and has, for over 26 years had a jewelry studio shop she must now close, to care for family members who are ill.
This is now removed from the website, May still be on Facebook and instagram advertisements. In contacting the entity to inquire about specifics, including quality and manufacture, I was reassured the pieces are hand made in the studio, and I was also reassured I could receive a full refund if I was not pleased with the items for any reason, no questions asked.
I purchased many pieces at the sale prices.
Later, When emailing for tracking information, I was inadvertently sent a notification from China, informing me of time constraints as the items go through customs.
I requested confirmation again that these pieces were hand made in the alleged studio as advertised.
At this point, my written question was ignored.
The original website claimed studio in new York. Shipping info was sent from china. Package so bubblegum machine quality junk jewelry was sent from California.
In opening he bubble pack the pieces were received in, it was immediately obvious what terrible quality the items are. I immediately emailed a request for complete refund. I was sent an email trying to get me to accept 50% refund, could keep this merchandise all together, or exchanges at a discount on the website.
I sent another email stating I wanted a complete refund in full, and was sent a complicated policy of return steps for a partial refund.
As this is an obvious bait and switch, as well as a deceptive company using cheap China manufactured goods sold as pieces shown to be hand made “of highest quality materials “, in a jewelry studio by an expert craftsperson, I feel I am entitled to a full, complete, uncomplicated refund as originally stated on the website: Especially after they sent an email telling me I could keep it free of charge ( which I am not interested in doing- it’s terrible inferior quality) if I chose more at a 50% discount.
Since February, the website appears to be altered, yet is still hosted by an image of an older woman claiming to be “Helen”. My correspondence is from:

Type of a scam Online Purchase
After waiting a week and seeing on the Shop App that my shipment was prepared, I contacted the seller for details and an explanation about the delay in shipment. I have received a response from the person with the name Jessy. Apologies that my order has not been sent yet. After multiple contacts with that person and researching the company, I have understood that this is a scam. The request for a refund was refused with the motivation that my order was sent out. The tracking number provided has the first three letters DOT.
Some people say they have received Jewelry. That is a chip made in China, which you can buy from the Dollar store.
I have received nothing. The purchase was made on January 26, and today is February 17.
