I ordered a Heavy Duty Standing Garden Planters for Outdoor planter from the Heliada/ Tallymoon site, my cc was charged, and I received an email confirmation. In the mail, on 6/27/23, I received a mysterios ratchet screwdriver in the mail that I never ordered. When I googled the "from" address online, I saw similar complaints from other people who received items they did not order from this address. FYI the "from" address is:

When I looked up the tracking info on what I ordered from Heliada / Tallymoon, it said the package was delivered on 6/27, which is the same day I got the screwdriver. Note that the way I entered my address on the Tallymoon site was very unique (I accidentally put a "-" character after my address) - and that is the same way it appeared on the label for the screwdriver, making the link even stronger suggesting that Tallymoon had sent me this screwdriver instead of the planter box.

When I contacted by email the company, they asked me for the shipping information on the screwdriver to determine if it came from them, but I never heard back. I filed a dispute with my cc company.

Note that the address on their site says UK, but there are multiple Chinese characters in the email confirmation, so it is unclear where this company is actually based.

I ordered via Facebook Marketplace 4 packages of raised bed planters with watering system and growing arch. What I received was a polyester scarf by "suzhichou". I backtracked to my orders and found email confirmation with the tracking number for the raised beds from 'Heliada' matches the tracking number on the package containing the scarf. I have reported the scam to my credit card company. They said to report it here as well.
