My elderly mother apparently thought she was purchasing one 6 dollar order of CBD tincture from these scammers, and now they are constantly sending her their low-grade products. There is no apparent way to cancel; one website redirects to another, the phone on the website (promising "excellent customer service") disconnects after ringing twice. Please help! I don't know how to unsubscribe her. I'm not sure what to report below as an attachment, but I have tried now to call both of these companies (North Leaf and HelioPure) and have emailed both twice. I am at a loss for next steps.
