Helkay ad popped up on Pinterest for a wood splitter. I clicked on the link because I needed and have been wanting a splitter. Purchased the wood splitter from their website. A few weeks later i was emailed a tracking number. The tracking number said the package was delivered to an address in another city. I emailed the contact email on their website, letting them know that they delivered the item to the wrong address and I wanted a refund. I have not received any response after multiple emails of asking how this can be fixed.

I saw an add on Pinterest and placed an order. I received notice that the order was placed and was given a tracking number. The tracking number had it delivered in Florida. I live in Minnesota. I sent emails to them, they say it was delivered. I sent a screenshot of the tracking and they said they would try to check with their shipper. I called my credit card company to have them help as well. It’s been almost a month. I was sent an email from the company that they can’t help.
