Ordered products on January 26th, February 13 it said my products were delivered in Mexico. I live in Virginia, it is now April and I still have yet to receive what I ordered. My order # and tracking # are now magically invalid. I emailed said business and threatened to report them if I didn’t receive a refund for my purchase on March 10th. Was promised a refund date by March 24th, as of March 31 there was still no refund. Emailed company again, threatening to report a second time, received email back promising refund in 2 business days, I then emailed back telling them I was over the run around and threatened to report them for the last & final time if I didn’t receive refund in 2 days. Well…. It’s April 3rd. And guess what! Still no refund lol I’ve been in contact with PayPal who seems to not give a s*** just as much as this fraudulent company. What a [censored] joke.

I ordered 2 garden owls from Helkay (through the Pinterest app) in October 2022. Tracking says they were shipped and delivered to an address in another state (not my address or even close). I notified the company of the mistake and they said they would reorder, and that it would take 25-30 days for it to arrive at my address. I should have had them by early February. I have never received the order... It is now April 2023. I have emailed Helkay numerous times.

At this point they do not respond. ([email protected] is the ONLY contact info I have for them. Please advise.

They claimed they shipped my order and the first time, the tracking info showed delivered to a town 30 miles away from me! They said they would ship another order and it would take 15-25 days to get! This day 27 and nothing! Email them again for 3 days and nights,,, all I hear is the sound of silence! A total SCAM OUTFIT!

I purchased the log splitter before Christmas for a Christmas present. I did not receive any tracking info but they did take my money. I emailed them since they do not have a phone number. They responded and said they will email me the tracking info. I finally received it and it was delivered to a place in Georgia. The shipping had my address biut shipped elsewhere. I kept emailing them and no response until a week later they apologized and said they will find out information from the delivery company, they never got back to me. I told them I wanted a refund beginning of January they said give them 10 days and I will have my refund and nothing.

The add popped up on Facebook for the log splitter. Ordered it. Didn't think the order went through so ordered again. First order supposedly was delivered to Greenville. I live in Oregon. I sent an email letting them know about the accidental duplicate order and wanting to cancel. I did receive an email back re: that saying they would cancel the order and refund my money. No money has been received. I send daily emails about the first order but have had no response.

Saw advertisement on Pinterest for wood splitter. Went to website and ordered 2 on 12/27/22, for $113.98. Received an order confirmation email (1/8/23) and shipping information. The tracking information stated product was shipped on 1/7/23 from Shenzen Sorting Centre, package cleared customs on 1/11/23, and delivered on 1/14/23, however the delivery information stated it was delivered to Jersey City, NJ. Delivery address should've been Budd Lake, NJ. Reached out several times via email (no phone number listed under "contact us") and no response received.

I ordered an item from them on December 13th. It was supposed to be received before Christmas. It did not come. I've reached out to them via email 4-5 times now. The tracking information shows that they delivered it to Simi Valley, CA instead of in Washington. When I asked what was going on with it, they said they would check and get back to me. They have yet to get back to me.
