Helkay is SHADY - PayPal came thru for me!

Didn't know PayPal was even part of this transaction, but they helped me get to the bottom of it. I too wanted a log splitter for my son-in-law. Never came. Same story as all the rest. PayPal looked up the tracking # and it was BOGUS. The # belonged to a delivery on the east coast. I live on the west. Thank you PayPal, I now have the information needed to have my CC company Citi re-open my dispute.

I ordered a wood splitter advertised on Pinterest. It showed as delivered to my house when tracking information showed a town several hours away. I emailed them and their email correspondence replysaid they would refund my money in 10 days. I have made multiple follow up emails with no response. There is no phone number for them. I lost $65.

Ordered advertised log splitter. Order never came. Made contact, said they would reship, and still have not received order. It has been 3 months.

Still waiting for a shipment that was to replace the first shipment that never came!

On Dec 20th I ordered a log splitter. Their tracking info stated it was delivered to a town 25 miles away! So I figured it would be at my house in the next business day or two.
After a week I sent them an email and they did reply, stating that they would ship another order and it would take 15-25 days to arrive. Today is day 26 and since the day they said they would re-ship another order (Jan 27, 2023) there is NO Response from these people!
It’s appearing that the Helkay Co is Scam City Inc!

My wife ordered a model car engine kit online from these people. We never received the item. When we checked the tracking number given it said it was delivered in the mail box. However the tracking number was not a USPS tracking number. We have notified the Postal Inspectors. When I checked this website appears numerous times on Scam advisor sites with similar issues. The delivery company WANB Express also appears as a frequent scam participant as well.

In December, I ordered the Large Manual Kindle Quick Log Firewood Splitter as a Christmas present. I paid using PayPal. Received an email confirmation of my order and shipping notification with tracking number. I checked the tracking every other day and it seemed slow but given the holidays I figured that would happen. Then one day I checked the tracking and it said it was delivered 3 days ago. That surprised me and the package had NEVER arrived. It still hasn't arrived. I have emailed the company and tried to contact them through PayPal. I have not received a response from them regarding my issue and complaint. This company is a Scam. Numerous victims of their fraud have been posting about their issues. This company needs to be shut down and they need to experience the consequences for swindling people out of their hard earned money. Please don't let this happen to others.

I was on Pinterest, the wood splitter popped up. I continued to the website and purchase the product. I used my visa card to place order on 11/14/22. Per tracking it was delivered on 11/25/22 to a NY address. I live on the other side of the country. I attempted to email the company for status of the order and I just receive a response that says the product was delivered.
