The title of the item is "Hampton 48 in. W x 21 in. D x 33.5 in. H Bathroom Vanity Cabinet Only"
The description specifically list for an 48 inch wide vanity. I called them and checked for stock and was told there are "a couple" of them in stock, so I purchased the item right after I called and paid for it on 12/02/2023.
I never received the item, keeping emailing them and they kept increasing the ETA time. Until 01/30/2024, 2 months after I paid, they emailed me and ask if I want to proceed with the order. I said yes, then they send me an invoice on 02/01/2024 requested me to paid $467.13.
I called them and they said I ordered the wrong size, even though their description is saying 48", it is actually for a smaller item, and the 48" vanity is an upcharge.
The vanity they charge me is actually listed for $329.00 on their website, but they charge me $377.10 in the invoice ( actual price is $419 and they pretend to apply a 10% coupon that make the price #377.10, which is still higher than what they posted on their website.)
I called and they told me they will cancel the other if I don't pay extra, then hang up on me. I don't even know if they have ever returned my original payment or not.
