A neck brace that prevents one from snoring or using z C-Pap machine while sleeping. This brace does not fit a short and wide neck. The strap is too short. In their advertisement it reads, if you're not 190% satisfied with product with NO questions asked and be refunded your purchase price minus shipping. I contacted merchant and was offered 30% refund (misadvertising)

I ordered 3 of these, and read all the fine print. It said they had a “60 Day Love It Or Your Money Back” return policy, and that it would be at the customer’s expense, which I was okay with, but it did not reveal that it would be a Chinese address! The transaction took place through Shopify, which I assumed was a US company, and I believe it was shipped from a US address. The return address was only disclosed when I attempted to get return instructions from them since it was not included in any of the online or in-package information. The reply from them was when I discovered that they want you to ship it back to China:
