I was watching YouTube on TV (our TV is connected to YouTube) and this Ad on Polarlux comes up on Sale. I took the QR Code and read reviews on Polarlux. The information was good so I bought it (June 18, 2024) because we need some cooler & it was on Sale. I received the product today (July 3, 2024) and it is not Polarlux - Its Air Cooler Fan and it looks very cheap. On the email - I realize they using Polarlux name but it is NOT Polarlux. It is some imitation cooler from YANWEN China according to the Tracking Information. Not only that it is not Polarlux, they charged me Shipping when their email shows it "Free Shipping". I emailed them back and told them I received the product & it was not Polarlux and the email replied "This email is not reaching a Human!" I can forward you the pictures of the product, their email and whatever else I have that will prove they are a SCAM. These people need to be STOPPED because they are online. Please stop them before they scam too many innocent people. Thank you.
