My daughter purchased this hoodie for a Christmas gift for her grandfather on 11/24/23. Received it about 2 weeks later with the logo being backwards and upside down. She reached out and got nothing but an automated response. So I stepped in. Several emails later still no resolution. Now the emails I get in response to this matter keeps asking me the same thing about order number which we had already went with the name and address of the order since we didn’t have the order number. Seems like a scam
