Help Desk Solutions of Boca Raton, Florida, flashed a "your computer is at risk" message on my screen and gave a phone number for help. I fell for the scam and allowed this bogus technical help company to access my computer.

The technician fixed nothing but loaded spyware and malware into my system. To add insult to injury, I paid them $149.
