Received phone call to lower or eliminate electricity bill. Representative came to my home 4x (others also) Put ten thousand down and they arranged for the other ten thousand loan for their solar panel product. Once installed bills were less but not what was promised ( I haven't even put my air conditioning on yet) Now I cant find a soul for the company and have no where to be advised or figure where the problem may be.
