Charges for this company showed up on my account. I called them but they hung up on me multiple times. I’ve emailed them multiple times still have yet to hear back. I cannot dispute the charges with my bank until the charges are no longer pending. I did not order anything from this company at the time the order went through. I was in a business meeting for work.

I ordered 3 bottles of Biotox Gold for $165. There was a 30 minute video that promised weight loss and stated that the solution contained over 30 plant products. This crap did nothing and tastes like diluted coconut water. I wasn't even trying to return the products because I realized I was scammed and felt stupid. However, I paid through PayPal credit for a product called Biotox Gold. When a company called Digistore24 showed up on my PayPal account I had no idea that it was the Biotox Gold and reported it as fraud. I emailed Digistore24 and they sent me an invoice. I then recognized that it was for the Biotox Gold. However, the fraud investigation had already started and it would take 6-8 weeks to process the payment. I explained all of this to Digistore24 and apologized for my mistake. They've sent two payment requests and have not responded to any of my email explanations. In the second requests they threatened to report me to collections and stated that I have not responded to them. I sent no less than four emails. The third and last reminder stated they were sending me to a debt collection agency and reporting the delinquency to the credit bureaus.
