The product was not shipped - a tracking number was created, but the product was never brought to a shipping facility.
After multiple contacts with the company, weeks later the product arrived with damaged exterior boxes.
At this point, I initiate a return. Once again, I receive no response from the company. So, I then reported this fraud to my credit card company. Three weeks after I requested the return and after my credit card company began the investigation, I finally received return information, but it was to a FAKE address (one the USPS does not recognize). When contacting the company to clarify the return address, I received a response that I did not follow the return policy and would not receive a refund. The address the provided for return was
