Hue Hearing advertised hearing aids and supplies related to hearing aids. They also sell online under the name of Dr Sound. They accept your payment for the purchases but DO NOT SHIP OUT THE GOODS. No responses to emails and the phone number is disconnected.

Website clearly states refunds made in 5-7 business days after confirmation of receipt of product. I sent product back, it was received. No refund ever made. Many emails back and forth. Each time they told me they refund would be processed. It NEVER was. I disputed charge with my credit card for reimbursement.
