Ordered product through an Instagram ad and signed up for a subscription, to be delivered monthly. Tried to cancel subscription but company’s site said you have to contact them to cancel which I did via email. It turned out to be a continuous stream of emails saying you sure you want to cancel without providing cancelation.

Sold me gum and kept giving me false tracking information. They just keep sending a new one, none of them work. I have asked for a refund, they do not reply.
