I found this company on Facebook, the indicated they were going out of business therefore had a great sale. I liked there items, which they indicated were made out of bamboo. I purchased $156.00 worth of goods, it took over a month to receive the items. When I received them.. they were absolutely horrible, the quality was something unreal and were not even the right colors nor were they made out of any “good” nor “organic” material. I emailed them to advise them I would like to return the items and my dissatisfaction with them. All I wanted was an address to return the items. After weeks of back and forth email, where they insulted my intelligence, I called my payment processing entity PayPal to file a dispute. Thinking I had protection for my purchase.. or at least get the return address. To my surprise PayPay was no help. Now I’m stuck with these fraudulently marketed items that I just want to throw away. I know I’m out all my money, however after reading the reviews of this merchant I think some action should be taken to stop the scam

Facebook ad for shoes, looked legit with a Chino, CA address, Gammybest.com. I ordered two pair of shoes and it took two months for them to arrive. They were made of cardboard and plastic, can not be used. Came from China. They offered a 3.00 credit towards additional purchases from them, then a 10 dollar refund. I filed a complaint via PayPal for a refund. Was told to send them back and get a full refund but shipment cost 23.00 dollars. I sent them anyway. It's the principal. Will take three to five months to hear, and most likely not at all. Don't buy from HELP. PP or Gammybest.com . It's a total fraud, you'll get crap (if anything) and kiss your money good-bye. China...ick, ick, ick! Very BAD behavior but, lesson learned. Learn from my mistake!
