Google map searched hotels, their website popped up as slightly cheaper than the rest but still in the ballpark. I paid with my credit card, got a booking ID and confirmation number but when I went to check into the hotel they said that the company failed to successfully book my hotel room (their credit card was declined when the hotel attempted to confirm the room). I then called the US customer service number and after multiple rings a man with a thick accent answered and I explained the situation and he needed to call the hotel front desk and give them an updated account number. He said he couldn’t call anybody and couldn’t give them any other credit card to pay the hotel for the rooms I had given them money for. I then said “well you took my money and I can’t have a room until they are paid, so please reimburse me the money I paid you all so I can pay the hotel the higher fee to book directly with them. He said they couldn’t do that. I then asked to speak with a supervisor which he said “wasn’t possible” but that he would contact them and let them know it was “urgent” and to return my call. I asked how long that would be and he said “hopefully soon, like 48 hours”. I have yet to receive a resolution
