I called what I thought was Ticketmaster customer number to change the email account on my Ticketmaster account. He told me since I had upcoming tickets purchased, they could not be transferred to new email. He needed to cancel order and then I re purchase. Once cancelled he say he was not allowed to take my credit card info and I had to pay with prepaid card. Theatres that my tickets ( to a sold out concert) would be gone if I did not pay with prepaid card. I have voice mail proof of this as well.

Scammer used a “help.Ticketmaster.com” website. I called the help number “866-808-1453” and also received a call back on “707-681-8619”. I was attempting to exchange my tickets. I was asked to repurchase new tickets to be refunded. I was asked to use prepaid cards to place payment. I had purchased $1000 in prepaid cards to replace the tickets.
