I purchased a pair of headphones from TopSwift which were advertised to be similar to AirPod Pro Max's. Of course I expected them to be different, but I was send a total garbage product that did not work. Avoid this company. Total scam.

I was on facebook and saw an ad for an outdoor nativity scene. I clicked on the link to order; luckily I used PayPal to pay for my product. However, I received 2 shipment emails indicating my shipment had arrived. One was from China the other's address was in Dallas, TX vendor name TopSwift. When I received my product it was not as advertised. I notified PayPal and their policy is to try and work with the seller Delaz Market PTE Ltd and if can't be resolved to open a claim within 180 days. In the meantime, TopSwift has been corresponding with me originally 30% refund and now 60% refund. Latest email has basically the same verbiage used below:

"To be honest, optioning to return will buy you more time of waiting, potential delays and high freight shipping costs. Therefore, this is the final solution I offer you if we can not meet any better deal.

In my attempts to find out a better solution for you, I have worked this case again with the manager and the good news is that she agreed with my solution of 60% refund if you are willing to keep this item. How do you think?

In case you decide to send us back the product and get a full refund, please send it back to our return warehouse. Once receiving the return parcel, we will send you the refund. Here is the warehouse address:

Note: Returning the product to another address is not eligible for a refund.
