I am very dissatisfied with the return and reimbursement policies as I was told shortly after placing the order, that it shipped already. After calling again, I was told to call for a RMA number once I receive product which I did RMA (AAB7FD6520D) and sent the product back. I was initially charged $299.87 for the items, however I was only reimbursed only $219.87. I feel they still owe me $80.00 back. I don’t feel their policies are clear and are not fair to customers.
