Seller claimed to be selling Jim Shore figurines at a discounted price. The more you ordered, the more you could get off your order. I ordered at least 7 Jim Shore Christmas figurines. I received no confirmation number of my order, no email confirmation and no product. Disputed with my credit card company and dispute was denied because Hencin Inc fabricated a shipping certificate "Proving" that they shipped the product. I will continue to dispute the charge by collecting evidence of the fraud perpetrated by HenCin Inc. There are many other documented cases of victims of this scam.

I ordered food containers on line through Facebook. I received a delivery notice through email and never received the merchandise. The tracking system was invalid and email was invalid.

On 12/24/23 through facebook purchased Christmas items in the amount of $75.92. Never received the items. No phone number of Hencin Inc nor contact email. Never received an email confirmed. But, my credit card was charged

I noticed a charge on my credit card that I didn't recognize. I disputed the charge, and my credit card company looked into the situation. The company, Hencins, said on January 8, 2024, I ordered merchandise for $37.85, which was delivered on January 29. I was given a tracking number and account number. I noticed the weight of the merchandise was .001 kgs. What weighs that much? I have tried contacting the company on the web site many times, and I wrote a letter on February 23. I have no idea what I bought, and I did not receive any merchandise. I am not getting any answers, and I believe this is a scam. Their address is 1340 Corona St., Denver, CO 80218

Purchased 9 items of Jim Shore collectibles on 1 January and had $120.94 AUD taken out of my Mastercard. I never received a confirmation email. Being in Australia I anticipated that there might be a wait on my products delivery. When I went to check their website, it had been removed. The company is Hencin Inc in Denver USA

ON 12/26/2023 I ordered from a Facebook ad for a Willow Tree Nativity Set that was on clearance after Christmas and my credit card was charged. I never received the item and in googling the name Hencin Inc I find numerous similar complaints and suspect spam.

This is a business on Facebook called Overstock.com. I purchased quite a few items, gave my credit card information and I never received a receipt or acknowledgement of the purchase. The money was immediately taken out from my credit card. The only information I have is on my bank statement which says Hencins.com $76.30 total

Happened to me too! This company is pure scam. I’ve reported to the attorney general of Colorado and received a letter back. They replied that they will keep the information I provided as “part of our ongoing efforts to identify businesses that may engage in patterns of deceptive practices in Colorado”. They suggested I contact an attorney, which isn’t practical for a loss of $56.10 - it just makes me angry that so many consumers were scammed by this [censored]. Check out Bizapedia for lots of complaints. Here is another resource for complaints for Hencin Inc.: https://www.ic3.gov. If lots of consumer complaints are received we may get some action to put Mr. g. sun - dba Hencin Inc. out of business!

I actually received my info from my Credit Card dispute yesterday and it turns out this company is actually based out of Hong Kong. What is funny is they are stating that they sent the product but it has been delayed thru customs and should arrive anytime now? TOTAL SCAM

just disputed my charge like many others on this page. But on the paperwork from my credit card dispute it is showing the company is actually out of Hong Kong. They are actually trying to dispute the charges stating they sent the product but it has been delayed? BE AWARE THIS IS A TOTAL SCAM

On 12/24/23 I ordered discounted Jim Shore figurines through a Facebook advertisement. My debit card was charged $61.50 from Hencin Inc but I have received absolutely no communications and no products. I have attempted to follow-up with no success.

After Christmas Sale! Unbelievable prices! I purchased a manger scene, 3 light up deer, and a Christmas tree.

They posed as Costco, but the debit was listed as Hencin Inc. I never received a conformation email nor any communication from them. Also, never received my items. The ad was on my Facebook newsfeed. Pictures of items looked legit! I cannot believe I was so stupid!

On Jan 2 of 23 I placed (2) orders for discounted Christmas decorations, one (21.39 ) another order (36.87) money was taken out of my account immediately but no products were received .I was given a terminalID & serial # .I would like to know how I could get my money back.

on Facebook with entity to follow is Domingo-2 then there is a link that you click on that takes you to StaceyN website to purchase pasta containers. Select your color choice and payment type so I did. Charge on my back account comes up with Hencin Inc. Phone 970-287-2986. I looked them up online and only in business since Sept 2023. When you read the reviews on bizapedia.com there are many more that got scammed also.
