Searched for a particular backpack for my son and they advertised that they sold it. I paid for it and they offered next day free shipping and that was last week. Purchase confirmation email also received. I contacted the email given on the website and today received an email saying that my email cannot be delivered. There is no customer service phone number. Product not delivered and no other way to contact them for assistance.

Fake address, invalid email address. No confirmation after purchasing, then send a tracking number with wrong address, but same town. So they can claim item delivered.
