Type of a scam Fake Check/Money Order
What is interesting about this scam is that it is in perfect English and the website/domain it purports to come from looks surprisingly legitimate. However, digging deeper shows that it was registered about 10 days ago!

There is an unclaimed “permanent life insurance policy” held by our deceased client [same last name as you]. It is an unclaimed “payable on-Death” (POD) savings monetary deposit in the sum of Eighteen Million, Three Hundred Thousand USA Dollars ($18,300,000) with a major bank here in the UK. The policy holder was one of our clients and he worked with a big energy company in the UK and passed away in an accident more than nine years ago. However since his death, no one has come forward for the claim and all our effort to locate his relatives have proved abortive.
