I clicked on an ad while playing phone games. I looked for info on auto shipments and subsequent billing on the page I was directed to but found none. I assumed I would have a receipt either emailed or in the bags with my products but did not. Then I opened my credit card bill to find I had been charged almost $200 in addition to the purchase price I had agreed to. I tried cancelling on the website using their offered Cancellation form but got a message saying that form doesn't work and I had to call. I called and asked to speak with a supervisor but was denied that opportunity. I was able to talk them into a 70% refund (if they actually do it) but this company operates in BAD FAITH and consumers should be warned. Thank you!
