From the beginning, after inquiring about the purchase of a replacement engine, the company failed to provide reassurance that the order, once paid for, would be handled professionally. Texts and emails would go unanswered, calls would go to voice mail and be answered by individuals with foreign accents advising they had 'high volume' and when asked to leave contact information - resulted in a total lack of response. After 3 weeks of delay and failure to respond with firm information, I had the bank reverse the charge. I advise not seeking to do business with this disreputable company!
